  6. Any individual or organisation who DOES NOT compete commercially with Alchemy Computing Ltd. is granted the right to use this FREEWARE version of the Joust code. Commercial competitors to Alchemy Computing Ltd are strictly forbidden from using any version of the Joust code.

This software is provided as FREEWARE and cannot be sold. This restriction does not apply to connect time charges, or flat rate connection/download fees for electronic bulletin board services. This JavaScript code can not be bundled with any commercial package or distributed by itself or accompanying books or magazines without express written permission from the author.
